Another step forward

The Lake Elmo City Council recently approved the next step in the process for Tap & Ladder! There's still plenty of work ahead, but we're excited to keep moving this project forward.

Meet Fire & Ice!

We’re excited to introduce Fire & Ice, our first responder-themed shaved ice truck built from a retired ambulance! Serving shaved ice, hot dogs, brats, novelty ice cream and more, Fire & Ice has something for everyone. Look for us at local events and around the community—and stay tuned for where we’ll be popping up next! 

August 4th

Come See Us at Lake Elmo Night Out

Stop by our booth next to the future home of Tap & Ladder, meet the team, learn more about the project, and check out Fire & Ice!  We will also have giveaways for the T&L Kid Crew and merchandise such as hats and shirts for sale.

August 8th

Come See Us at the Stillwater Farmer's Market

We’ll be one of the featured vendors at the Stillwater Farmers Market on August 8th, right next to Fire & Ice! Stop by to learn more about Tap & Ladder, grab a giveaway for the T&L Kid Crew, and check out our Tap & Ladder hats and shirts available for purchase.
